• Free Installation for new subscribers, all equipments used shall be pulled out by the provideronce the service is ended.
•  Billing cycle starts on the day the internet service has been activated. Monthly payment is subject to be collected by the authorized personnel of WebPoint Network and Data Solution.
• In the event that 2 consecutive months (bill) are unpaid, the provider has the right to disconnect service and confirm with the subscriber if it shall be continued or terminated.
• This document serves as a contract bond between the subscriber and the provider good for 1 year. For account termination within the 1-year bond, the subscriber shall pay the remaining months.
• Subscribers are responsible for the equipments installed; any damages obtained within the premises of the said party shall be covered by him/ her.
